Student – Supervisor agreement – this should be signed within the first month of your studies and annually thereafter
Progress reviews – information on PGR progress reviews including what’s required in a report, process and schedule.
Meeting records – guidance as to how to log a meeting with supervisor(s) in MMS
Ethics – information on how to obtain ethical approval for your studies in the School of Medicine.
Research passports – information on how to obtain a research passport for undertaking some areas of NHS research. Please note whilst the majority of the process is the same, there is a different mechanism to sign off than staff.
Re-matriculation – students will be invited by email each year to re-matriculate, the email will come direct from Registry to undertake the process. If this falls around the time a stipend payment is due, this may pause the payment until matriculation has been completed. Please direct queries you have about matriculation to the matriculation email address unless it is in relation to funding in which case they should be directed to pgmed@ in the first instance.
