The MBSB lecture theatre has a lecture capture system (echo 360) that synchronously captures audio, visual and slide presentations. Staff involvement is voluntary and recorded lectures are released onto the Galen element page for that lecture. These are very much seen as a supplement the lecture and to provide opportunities for students to clarify content and to help with the revision of a topic.
It is important to note that attendance at all lectures is expected and that not all lectures are recorded. The Galen timetable gives an indication of lectures that are scheduled for capture.
