School Policy

Policy.  The School Data Protection Policy takes the view that various types of data will be recorded, used, stored and transferred as part of the contract between the student and the University.
Managing the process.  There is staff advice on the process for how student data is managed and the plans for automated exit data.
Consent to transfer data forms.  Forms exist for A990 students (who move between 3 institutions), students who access NHS Data
Camera notices.  The standard camera notice should be displayed in the areas where cameras are positioned.

Information for students and applicants

The school produces data protection information for students and applicants and a statement on the collection of personal data.  A note about sharing student information  also appears on the student support page.
