Preparation for arrival
The preparation for new starts policy (visible to existing staff only) lists the normal steps to be taken from the time that an advert is placed through until induction is complete.

The induction check list provides the new start, their line manager and their buddy with a checklist of tasks designed to ensure a full induction.
