Building access for UG students

Students’ access to the building in general and the teaching rooms is contained in the policies; Access for UG med students and Access for PG students.

Students can view which rooms are in use for teaching or otherwise booked by checking the University’s online timetable. There is a “how to” guide for navigating the online timetable platform. Please note that this tool may not always be up to date as there is a lag between a booking being made and it showing on the online timetable.

The note on room booking by medical student societies gives medical student societies advice on how to book a room in the School of Medicine for extra-curricular purposes.

The post on Study Areas provides additional detail about study space across the campus.

Lab security and access for UG students describes the policy for using the research labs.
